Chronic Dehydration is a condition when the body does not have enough water and fluids to carry out normal functions and therefore may contribute to digestive disorders, constipation, fatigue, sluggish metabolism, low blood pressure, disorientation, urinary infections, weight gain, obesity and premature aging.

If you’re experiencing signs of hearing loss (or have been told by a concerned family member), first see an ear, nose, and throat physician who will check for impacted earwax and other reversible causes.

Showering or bathing –  in water that is too hot will dry out your skin and cause it to age prematurely. Warm water is much better. Apply moisturizer while skin is still damp – it will be absorbed more easily. Adding a little olive oil to your bath will help to keep skin moisturized and soft.
